We make rigid boxes from grayboard covered with coated white paper. Once we know the box style you’d like to make and the weight of the products it will hold, we can advise you on the correct board thickness. Our standard gray-boards are:

Custom Collapsible Rigid Box Styles
We offer collapsible rigid boxes in a range of styles. Each has its own uses and appeal. You can choose which you refer based on design, your products, and our target audience.
Magnetic Rigid Box
Our magnetic collapsible boxes have a folding tray fixed to the base and a hinged lid. The lid closes with a concealed magnetic fastener in the flap which is very secure and gives a satisfying sound on closing. They’re easy to assemble in a few simple moves using the preset adhesive panels, and once put together are sturdy and reliable.
Folding collapsible rigid box
Our folding bottom collapsible boxes also use a folding tray fixed to the base and hinged lid. The lid closes like a book cover. They’re easy to assemble with no need for adhesive or other fixtures.
Flip-Top Rigid Box
These versatile and attractive boxes fold up easily in origami style with slots to secure them and cord handles included. Elegant, useful, and simple to assemble, these boxes are an excellent choice for many retail needs.

FSC-certified means materials from responsibly managed, sustainable forests. Responsible forest management is critical for our environmental, social, and economic futures. We also use exclusively soy-based inks, which are harmless to the water supply and fully biodegradable while giving stunning, vibrant, and durable prints.
We also constantly review our printing processes to make them more energy efficient and to ensure that we close as many loops as possible, for example, in how we manage our water supplies and minimize the environmental impact of shipping by choosing the most efficient options, packing full containers, and carbon offsetting.
